The article examines modern approaches to integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the digital educational environment (DEE) of a university focused on training specialists in tourism and service. It discusses the impact of digitalization and robotics on the tourism industry, the transformation of professional competencies, and the emergence of new specialties related to digital technologies and robotics. It also analyzes global and domestic trends in the tourism industry and higher education sectors, and describes models for designing practical student training by integrating AI into the digital educational environment and learning management systems (LMS).
